The shortlists for the Press Gazette awards were released yesterday.
The Guardian and the Times lead the list with 11 and 10 nominations respectively,but as Roy Greenslade points out in his blog,the lack of Red Top nomination is noticeable.If you include the Mail then the populars account for just 25% of the 87 nominations.
