The Difference between a journalist blogger and a blogger

Howard Owens carries an interview with Daniel Weintraub who describes himself as a journalist blogger as opposed to the amateur blogger.

According to Daniel,they"go hand in hand" but

the journalist blogger uses his blog is to augment,promote and strengthen his journalistic print column,link,supplement and invite comment.

The downside according to Daniel is that editorial may mean that spontaneity is lost,he describes having to wait sometimes to find his editor before he can post.
