But I thought a little about it.Am I becoming obsessed with updating by blog? Is it taking over my life?
I have to admit that I can often get withdrawal symptons when I am away from the blogosphere. It can be almost like you need your information kick.Somehow not being attached to the laptop can produce pangs of hunger.
But then isnt that rather symptomatic of the world that we live in? 24/7 contactability from work thru email, blackberries.

As an aside:We have a lecturer at college who has put up a sign advising students of the hours that he will be in his office and if you want to find out where the person is at other times then you are advised to consult twitter

Healthwise, perhaps the answer is yes. But that would go against the essence of blogging, which owes its popularity and its relevance to its 24/7 engagement.
Personally I agree.it is a task like many others we perform in our lives and like anything we should look after our health. As with anything it's down to work life balance and that should be under our control
