The Independent on Sunday continues to plummet with a drop of over 21 per cent.

For the Daily papers the Indy again saw big drops year on year down 18 per cent with all papers falling apart from the Daily star.

In the regional arena the size of the battle for new Standard owner Alexander Lebedev and new editor Geordie Greig was shown up as the London title continues to lag behind the freebies.
