Blanc accuses TV of sensationalising food

Celebrity Chef Raymond Blanc is not happy with the way that food is portrayed on the small screen.

According to the Independent he criticised the TV industry for "sensationalising" food.

"I don't want to be remembered as a prima ballerina; nor do I want to beat people around the head. That's not cuisine - it's sensationalism!"
