The airways and the blogsphere is alive with the news of the Attorney General's injunctio against the BBC last night,the corporation prevented from running a story on the 10 o clock news about the cash for honours enquiry.
According to Lord Goldsmith who made the unusual step of explianing why it was done
The application for an injunction was made by the attorney general this afternoon at the specific request of and in cooperation with the police, because of their concern that disclosure of certain information at this stage would impede their inquiries,"
The rumour mill is that the BBC had got hold of an email which discriminates somone in quite a serious way
