
Amongst all the flood coverage in the papers,it may not ahve been noticed that the Middle England press have launched into a certain David Cameron over his reaction to the floods.Although seen ading thru the waters of his constituency at the weekend,the Tory leader flew out to Rwanda on a long standing engagement to promote the party's stance on international aid.
