Mile high club ups online traffic

Via Johnson Press Digital Digest

Sex sells newspapers and it certainly sells online.

The Uxbridge Express found that its most viewed story was that of two Russian passengers engaged in membership of the Mile High Club

According to reporter John Hugill

TWO Russian coffee workers were arrested at an airport after being caught performing sexual acts on a plane.
Sergei Gorlov, 41, and Ozma Bezmelnitsyna, 59, were arrested for outraging public decency and behaving in an indecent manner.
Ms Bezmelnitsyna was seen by some passengers and cabin crew staff performing oral sex on Mr Gorlov on a BA246 flight from Sao Paulo to Heathrow Airport on Thursday.

Its editor Adrian Seal writing on his blog said

On Monday we posted the story about two Russians who were caught having sex on a plane which was on its way to Heathrow.
Apart from the Heathrow angle the only other local link to the story was the fact that the convicted couple appeared before Uxbridge Magistrates.
we posted the story on our site on Monday aftyeroon and it has rapidly become the most viewed story on http://www.uxbridgegazette.co.uk over the last couple of days.
